The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) located in Everett, WA. As a Supply Chain Manager will join a dynamic, fast paced team and will have lots of opportunity to engage cross-functionally, problem solve and make a difference.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage, develop, motivate and build trust with employees and stakeholders
Integrate and collaborate across the Supply Chain function
Enhance the skill and talent of our team to meet the current and future business environment
Identify and leverage best practices from both within and outside the enterprise improvement in everything we do
Model a sense of purpose, urgency and desire to be the best at what we do.
Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of supply chain processes and/or suppliers
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Manufacturing
3+ years of formal or informal people leadership responsibilities
5+ years in a role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills
3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-function or cross-business unit teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers
