Compensation: $130,000–$140,000 base + bonus
We’re partnering with a well-established precision manufacturer serving the aerospace and medical device industries to add a Supply Chain & Production Control Manager to its leadership team.

This is more than a purchasing position. You'll have significant ownership over supply chain and production control, ensuring materials, suppliers, inventory, and production schedules stay aligned with customer demand.
Lead Supply Chain and Production Control across the manufacturing operation.
Manage and develop teams responsible for planning, scheduling, purchasing, materials, and inventory control.
Drive production planning to align capacity, material availability, and customer delivery requirements.
Improve supplier performance around quality, cost, lead times, and on-time delivery.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to identify constraints and keep production moving.
Improve inventory accuracy, material flow, scheduling discipline, and on-time delivery.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems and operational data to improve planning and decision-making.
Bachelor's degree required.
3–4+ years of supply chain management/leadership experience.
Aerospace OR medical device manufacturing experience required.
Strong experience with production planning/control, purchasing, materials, inventory, and supplier management.
Experience within a precision, regulated, or high-mix manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
$130K–$140K base + bonus.
