  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Organizes Therapeutic Gene Editing demand among supply chain, production, sales, and distribution entities via the PSI process, inventory coverage attributes, and demand forecasting.

  • Reviews customer’s master service agreements for appropriate supply chain language and provides feedback as requested.

  • Creates and maintains partnerships with internal and external supply sources, and proactively identifies potential supply chain disruptions.

  • Works with Operations to maintain the Therapeutic Gene Editing production schedule and oversees short-term and long-term material scheduling requirements.

  • Manages, coaches, trains, and mentors a team; including (but not limited to): staffing, performance management and career development activities

  • Directs the team in the use of best practices in the daily execution of supply chain functions and meets with senior management to obtain strategic information which could impact forecast models.

  • Writes and maintains Therapeutic Gene Editing stand operating procedures (SOPs).

  • The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completed coursework plus equivalent experience in business, finance or science related field from an accredited college or university required.

  • Minimum of seven years of progressive work experience managing supply chain, logistics or operations functions on behalf of an organization required

  • Working knowledge of SAP or a similar tier one ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.) required.

  • Prior leadership or management experience required.

  • Demonstrates and upholds behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values and delivers the Integrated DNA Technologies experience to customers and other business associates.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Prior professional experience within an ISO 9001, 13485 and 14001 certified organization preferred.

  • APICS CSCP or CPIM Certification preferred.
    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
