Position Summary:

Midlab is seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Lead to elevate our supply chain operations through strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will help drive efficiency across procurement, inventory management, and cost optimization, while contributing to long-term organizational growth. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

Analyze supply chain data across procurement, inventory, and operations to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.
Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, demand planning, and cost reduction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, sales, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with company goals.
Research and evaluate industry trends and supply chain technologies to enhance performance.
Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain KPIs and insights for senior leadership.
Participate in sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, cost analysis and establish strong relationships with key suppliers to drive value, ensure quality and timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock availability and turnover.
Assist in the development and enforcement of supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, focusing on analysis, planning, or a similar capacity.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities, with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and experience within SQL, Power BI or similar platforms.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
Comprehensive understanding of supply chain fundamentals, best practices, and compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
