Position Summary:

Midlab is seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Lead to elevate our supply chain operations through strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will help drive efficiency across procurement, inventory management, and cost optimization, while contributing to long-term organizational growth. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for continuous improvement. Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze supply chain data across procurement, inventory, and operations to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, demand planning, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, sales, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with company goals.
  • Research and evaluate industry trends and supply chain technologies to enhance performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain KPIs and insights for senior leadership.
  • Participate in sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, cost analysis and establish strong relationships with key suppliers to drive value, ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock availability and turnover.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, focusing on analysis, planning, or a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience within SQL, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain fundamentals, best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
