As a Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the Cordant Solutions Global Operations organization, providing financial leadership and operational insights that drive business performance, margin expansion, productivity improvements, and sustainable growth.
You will partner closely with Global Operations, Sourcing, Quality, HSE, Manufacturing Plants, and Finance leadership to support planning, forecasting, operational reviews, and cost optimization initiatives. This role plays a critical part in improving financial visibility, driving accountability, and enabling informed business decisions across the supply chain.
As a Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Business Partnership & Financial Leadership
Acting as the primary finance partner to the Cordant Solutions Global Operations Leader and Plant Leadership teams, including Sourcing, Quality, HSE, and Global Assembly Plants
Providing financial insights and analytics during monthly operating reviews and leadership staff meetings
Partnering with stakeholders to identify and execute margin expansion and cost control initiatives
Supporting operational decision-making through financial analysis and business performance reviews
Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
Leading weekly forecasting processes, providing analysis and business context related to product line performance
Supporting Annual Plan (AP), Long Range Plan (LRP), and Short Range Plan (SRP) operating rhythms
Owning monthly and quarterly financial close activities, reporting packages, and management presentations
Studying long-term business trends and providing forward-looking insights to support growth strategies
Supporting resource planning and cost forecasting activities across the organization
Financial Analysis & Operational Performance
Driving detailed analytics across:
Regional and product mix performance
Applied labor time and productivity metrics
As-sold versus as-executed margin analysis
Gross profit and overall margin performance
Performing reconciliations between financial ledgers and supporting operational systems
Developing business cases for capital investments, productivity initiatives, and operational improvement projects
Supporting billing, collections, and past-due management activities
Cost Optimization & Working Capital Management
Driving cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
Analyzing and implementing improvement actions related to:
Material costs
Freight and logistics expenses
Inventory levels and inventory turns
Manufacturing variances
Productivity initiatives and cost savings programs
Supporting inventory accounting and working capital management activities
Leading burden rate calculations and productivity performance measurements

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or Operations Finance environment
Demonstrate strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
Have experience supporting operational leaders within manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial organizations
Possess strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Demonstrate the ability to influence decision-making and work effectively across cross-functional teams

The pay scale for this position is between $ 111,470.00 - 207,000.00 USD Annual.
Candidates for this role (office-based) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes' good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum pay for this position at the time of posting and applies to the possible locations for this position.
