Global Supply Chain - Category Management Manager

What You Will Be Doing

This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Global Supply Chain for the F-35 Northrop Grumman Teammate. The position will be responsible for a team that manages Sustainment Contracting activities which includes but not limited to subcontracting of Annualized Sustainment, Non-Annualized Sustainment, Modification Change Requests, Field Repairs, Support Equipment and and strategic long-term contracting efforts with Northrop Grumman.

The position is responsible for managing a team of professional Subcontract Administrators/Managers and coordinating with Subcontract Program Managers who manage cost, schedule, and supplier performance. This position is responsible for coordinating employee selection/hiring, training, development, performance and assessments, work assignments, and disciplinary actions. This
position is responsible for directing all phases of the subcontracts from initiation, Request For
Proposals (RFP's), proposals, terms/condition, negotiations, executing purchase orders,
subcontract management of the suppliers, internal audits, cost accountability executive
reviews, supplier reviews, program reviews and all associated metrics.

The leader of this team will execute highly complex contracts with an F-35 Principal Teammate and their sub-tier supply base. Experience with FAR Part 15, TINA negotiations, proposal compliancy, purchase order compliancy, SAP and delivery execution is necessary.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

This role will be 100% on-site in the Fort Worth Facility

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

• Supply Chain, or Supply Chain Integration, or Logistics experience

• Experience with subcontract cost, quality, schedule and/or technical program performance

• Experience with procurement systems (SAP, P2P)

• Formal or Informal experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment

Desired skills

• Demonstrated effective leadership skills to build organizational talent, and foster an environment focused on positive employee engagement and individual career development

• Experience with continuous improvement and ability to implement change and drive efficiency

• Experience Attracting, developing, and retaining subcontract management talent, to improve the overall group performance

• Experience with executive program reviews

• Background and knowledge of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 procurements

• Negotiations experience with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

• Background and knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)

• Experience with delivery execution

• Advanced SAP knowledge/background and experience

• Travel domestically, as required (up to 15%)

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $107,400 - $205,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
