The Supply Chain Business Operations Manager is a key role to support the company’s fast-growing video business.
Responsibilities include:
Drive operations to achieve revenue, cost, cash and customer delivery targets
Improve key performance indicators including order cycle time, on-time delivery and customer experience
Coordinate and collaborate with planning, order management, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, logistics, and quality teams
Act as single point of contact to sales, finance, product, and engineering teams
Lead the daily governance on business revenue attainment
Manage third party distribution site in partnership with procurement and operations
Lead business operations and delivery management team
Resolve critical customer and business issues
Lead new acquisition companies and support integrating businesses into the global supply chain
Define near and long term supply chain strategy models and set priorities to drive business growth
Manage and execute continuous improvement projects
Prioritize resources and give direction in partnership with other supply chain teams
Anticipate evolving business conditions and drive operational readiness

Target Base Salary Range: $120,300 - $200,000
