Are you ready to launch your career in quality engineering and make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our suppliers and products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety.


In this hands-on, execution-focused role, you will collaborate closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to:

  • Identify and document defects or process issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure supplier compliance with established quality standards

What You Will Do:

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections based on established quality standards
  • Execute quality checks on mechanical, electrical, and assembled components
  • Document inspection results, defects, and non-conformances using approved systems and forms
  • Support PPAP and NPI efforts
  • Support root cause investigations by collecting data and evidence related to quality issues by supporting SCAR, NCMR, RCCA, 8D, 5 whys, fishbone, A3
  • Verify rework and corrective actions meet quality requirements
  • Partner with Operations and Manufacturing teams to ensure quality expectations are understood and followed
  • Report KPIs to management
  • Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, and documentation
  • Support audits (internal, customer, or supplier) as assigned
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

  • This role operates in a office and warehouse-based environment, depending on company needs.
  • Work is primarily performed in an office setting with standard working hours; however, occasional after-hours support may be required.
  • The position requires frequent interaction with employees across different departments, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • The role may involve sitting for extended periods, working on a computer.
  • This job requires the physical movement and practice to execute swings and throws repetitively in game simulators.
  • This role may require travel 10-25%.
  • Able to lift 25 lbs.
Requirements

Do You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or operations support roles
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality inspection concepts
  • Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, specifications, or work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with quality tools (checklists, inspection plans, NCRs)
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO-based quality systems
  • Experience with ERP or quality management systems
  • Experience with MS Office, Smartsheet
  • Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude

Salary Description
$80K - $85K
