Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will directly supervisor warehouse associates in the day to day operations of the warehouse and its functions in the plant. The warehouse supervisor will ensure all shipping, receiving, and storage of product is done timely and safely.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 or more years of warehouse experience
• Good time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of scan guns

Essential Functions:

• Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy
• Run inventory reports to help identify rotation issues
• Run slot reports to monitor flow
• Run monthly inventory
• Assist in scheduling inbound deliveries
• Direct warehouse leads and associates on expectations, coaching, and discipline
• Monitor labor and move as needed
• Oversee freezer to ensure all stock orders are filled
• Oversee finished goods
• Invoicing
• Assist in scanning JIT orders daily
• Follows all safety policies and enforces them
• Follows and enforces company policies
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
