Description

Oversee the safe, efficient and timely receipt, storage, retrieval and dispatch of goods.

Responsibilities:

• Able to motivate, organize and encourage teamwork and productivity while working with supervisors and hourly personnel who may not be direct reports
• Train personnel and monitor their performance and progress
• Ensure that quality, delivery, and warehouse management objectives are met
• Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy
• Promote the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous experience managing warehouse operations
• Proven experience in shipping and transportation standards and procedures.
• Experience in computer systems / databases, SAP, WMS
• Proven experience developing standards and procedures
• Inventory control experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (such as Distribution, Logistics or Supply Chain) would be very helpful
