Watkins Wellness is hiring a Dock Supervisor to join our Vista Shipping team!

Are you energized by leading teams in a fast-paced shipping and distribution environment? As our Dock Supervisor, you will help ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient loading and shipment of finished goods while supporting daily dock operations and a high-performing team.

In this role, you will oversee the flow of outbound shipments, coordinate with multiple departments, and help maintain the processes, systems, and team capabilities needed to meet shipping goals. You will play an important part in ensuring products are loaded safely, accurately, and on time while supporting operational excellence across the dock.

Success in this position requires strong collaboration, adaptability, and a sense of urgency. You will work closely with teams including Dealer Support, Engineering, Marketing, Production, and Shipping to help solve challenges, adjust to changing priorities, and keep product moving efficiently. This is also a role with growth potential. As the organization evolves and future leadership opportunities emerge, strong performers may have opportunities to advance into higher-level operations leadership positions.

• Do you enjoy leading teams in a fast-paced shipping environment? Supervise daily dock and shipping operations to support the safe, accurate, and timely movement of finished goods and outbound shipments.
• Can you create efficient processes that improve results? Develop and maintain shipping and loading procedures that optimize material flow and support on-time, complete product shipments.
• Are you passionate about safety and quality? Help ensure products are handled, loaded, and unloaded safely while minimizing waste, reducing damage, and maximizing operational efficiency.
• Do you leverage systems and technology to drive accuracy? Use warehouse tools such as scanners, barcodes, ERP systems, and related technologies to improve inventory accuracy and shipment consistency.
• Can you collaborate across multiple teams to solve challenges? Partner with departments across the organization to coordinate documentation, product availability, and shipping readiness.
• Do you enjoy developing people and building strong teams? Train, coach, cross-train, and develop team members while fostering an engaged and collaborative work environment.
• Can you adapt quickly when priorities change? Pivot and respond effectively to changing operational needs while maintaining productivity and shipping performance.
• Are you driven by planning and continuous improvement? Review staffing, capacity, shipment forecasts, inventory trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Do you champion workplace safety? Support dock safety programs and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, distribution, or related operations environments.
• Previous leadership or people management experience; direct management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of shipping, warehousing, loading, and material flow processes.
• Experience working with ERP, inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse management systems.
• Working knowledge of barcode scanning and warehouse technology tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across departments and build strong partnerships.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification or forklift operating experience preferred; daily forklift operation is not a primary responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Hiring Range: $54,500.00-85,500.00

Many factors affect actual compensation including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
