Sherwood Bedding, a national mattress manufacturer, is currently seeking a Sewing Supervisor for the second shift to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organize work flow to ensure all production schedules are completed in a timely manner and in the proper order.
• Ensure that the proper materials are being used and quality standards are met
• Develop and train personnel
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory as directed
• Ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., frequent standing, walking, pulling, pushing, and stooping.

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic knowledge of sewing and quilting machines preferred
• Experience in manufacturing required
