Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hours may vary based on audits, training needs, and operational requirements.)
Position Overview
The Safety Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and supporting site safety programs to ensure compliance with company policies, Tyson Foods Safety Management Systems, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role helps drive a proactive safety culture by identifying hazards, implementing corrective actions, conducting training, and providing safety-related guidance and analysis to plant leadership and team members.

The ideal candidate is a safety-focused professional who can successfully balance regulatory compliance with employee engagement. They should be comfortable speaking in front of groups, conducting training sessions, analyzing safety data, and partnering with operations leaders to reduce risk and improve overall safety performance.
