Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Weekend Shift Production Supervisor to oversee the second shift production teams, including Kitting, Wide Format, and Print on Demand.

Your Shift:

  • Friday - Sunday; 12 hour shift

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure staffing levels are sufficient for all all daily print requirements and projects that are due for each day
  • Nightly updates on the progress of areas of production
  • Report all issues and delays (Email) directly to the Production Manager and the CSR responsible for the account. This will ensure all communication is documented
  • Production TOS Boards – review Audit schedule, cleaning schedule, monthly A4, Updated metrics
  • Ensure all print devices are passing G7 color management standards at the beginning of each shift
  • All production departments will be clean and put back in order at the end of each shift
  • Attend afternoon production meeting
  • Review all upcoming projects and be proactive in communications with all concerns and actions that need to be followed up on
  • All large digital orders must have first sheet sign off in order to start the project


You Must Have:

  • Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents
  • Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Digital print experience
  • Understanding of color substrate


We Would Also Prefer:

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent
