We are currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor: Packaging, in Breinigsville, PA
The Maintenance Supervisor: Packaging is responsible for repair, maintenance, improvement and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in packaging operations. This position ensures the full useful life of packaging assets, eliminates mechanical causes of failure, and maximizes reliability and productivity. In addition to a background in maintenance, engineering, manufacturing and/or packaging, the ideal candidate also has 1+ years of maintenance supervision.

Deliver regular feedback through coaching, development opportunities, and performance reviews.
Participate in daily shift meetings as required.
Communicate clear expectations and direction to direct reports; occasionally during off hours as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: 4 year/bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Production Operations Management and/or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in maintenance supervision

Level: 7M
In accordance with pay transparency laws the salary range for this role if hired is between $62,000 and $114,000. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
