## Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Metrology team during the swing shift, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee CMM inspection processes, ensuring accurate measurements and timely reporting of results.
Implement and maintain GD&T practices to enhance measurement accuracy and consistency.
Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards and facilitate audits as necessary.
Train and mentor team members on metrology techniques and best practices.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement-related issues.
Maintain equipment calibration and ensure proper maintenance of metrology tools.
Qualifications
Proven experience in metrology, with a strong understanding of GD&T principles.
Hands-on experience with CMM inspection and related measurement technologies.
Familiarity with ISO9001 standards and quality management systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including swing shifts.
A degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
