Required Qualifications: - Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school,or
- 2yearsof related experience and/or training,oran equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in food manufacturing or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, and Email; basic PLC knowledge (Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Previoussupervisory experience in food manufacturing or related production environmentis stronglypreferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA safety standards.

Work Environment - Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet/humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, and vibration.
