Description
Job Purpose: The FSET Supervisor assists with the daily operations of the Food Share Employment & Training (FSET) program and oversees the Case Managers. This role provides direct support to the team and contributes to the administration functions of the contract. In addition, the FSET Supervisor also carries a reduced caseload, providing direct service and support to customers.

- Exhibits considerable programmatic and contract compliance knowledge and supports the team in meeting established metrics.
- Creates on-site training schedules for new case managers, elevating skills needed to meet outlined performance measures.
- Guide and train staff according to FSET standard operating procedures and practices.
- Works closely with the FSET Manager, and performs administrative tasks related to contract compliance and SLA achievement.
- Develops working relationships with customers, monitors engagement and progress, and assists customers to acquire services that facilitate personal goals and eligibility maintenance.
- Follows up with customers to ensure that their needs are met and questions and concerns are resolved.
- Maintain accurate and timely case notes on all customer contacts and documented activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Performs human resources responsibilities for employees which includes onboarding, training, coaching on performance, completes performance reviews and overall employee morale. Recommends hiring, terminations, compensation changes, promotions, corrective action decisions and terminations. Reviews and approves accurate report of time.
- Responsible for ensuring that personal actions, and actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations, and laws applicable to the program funders, contracts, and CFI business.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials: (Where appropriate, education and/or experience may be substituted)
Minimum Required Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree (Three years applicable experience may substitute for degree).
Minimum Required Experience: 2 years’ experience in FSET or W2 case management, including experience leading and developing staff members performing jobs of varying responsibility or project management.

Physical Requirements, Visual Acuity, and Work Conditions:
Physical Requirements: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
Visual Acuity: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal.
