Job Purpose

The supervisor of IT Field Service Engineering (FSE) guides Jr. FSE members on daily operations, daily ticket queue management in level 2 desktop support. Mentoring staff, performing technical tasks, and carrying out the instructions from the IT manager. The role includes supporting IoT projects, with the emphasis on managing, documenting, maintaining IP security cameras, video servers, and security badging systems. Experience with Axis, Hanwha cameras, Milestone Video Servers, CCure badging systems is a plus!

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing, documenting, maintaining IP security cameras, video servers, and security badging systems

  • Overseas the completion of EZVista helpdesk tickets

  • Perform PC imaging, setup, deployment, and repair

  • Conference room maintenance and meeting support

  • Manage and maintain inventory of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related hardware components

  • Manufacturing warehouse label printers, RF guns, scales, PC support

  • Assist cell phone admins with local deployment, user cell phone support

  • Keeping up to date documentation

  • Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.

  • Printer setup and maintenance in office and warehouse

  • Keeping appropriate inventory is maintained to meet normal client demand

  • Incidents and other requests are resolved and fulfilled to a very high level of quality and customer satisfaction

  • Working with the Client Management Team, upgrades to hardware, operating systems and other core software components are kept up to date

  • Other office and warehouse equipment such as printers, pack stations and RDTs are similarly maintained in full working order and refreshed in the appropriate timeframes to enable all offices and warehouses to function efficiently

  • Vendor management and project coordination

Salary: $71,600K- $100,100K DOE
