Description
As a Summer Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products, including coolers, carts, and kiosks, ensuring they meet company standards for durability and performance. This position involves working with tools, equipment, and assembly instructions.
Essential Functions
· Read, follow, and interpret work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
· Construct, assemble, and install parts using various hand and power tools.
· Retrieve and prepare materials for assembly, ensuring accuracy and quality.
· Apply various graphics onto assembled products.
· Conduct quality inspections during and after assembly.
· Complete final product cleaning and assist with packaging for shipping.
· Load and unload trailers, shipping trucks, and containers as needed.
· Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications/ Requirements
· A high school diploma or GED preferred
· Ability to work with a team and exercised good judgment in decision making
· Maintain a safe and clean working environment
· Ability to learn how to use various power tools, and hand tools
· Dependable and Reliable worker
· Frequently lift 50 lbs or more
· Standing on feet for an extended period of time
