Our Summer 2026 Internship Program is designed for motivated students who want to gain real-world experience while contributing to meaningful projects. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom while developing practical skills that will support your future career.

Interns will also have opportunities to connect with leaders across the organization and participate in optional professional development and team events.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program at the time of the internship
• Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Prior internship or part-time work experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience (clubs, sports, organizations, or volunteer work)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work full time during the summer internship period (approximately 10–12 weeks beginning May or June 2026)
• Able to work onsite in Carlsbad, California
• Reliable transportation to and from the office
