K-Designers - Subcontractor Needed

Sign on BONUS of up to $2000

Job Type: Contract 1099

Potential pay range: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

We are seeking quality Sub-Contractors to help us grow & install our Windows, Vinyl Siding, Walk-In Tubs and Showers!  Apply TODAY!!

When we meet with you we will be going over our pay rates, travel requirements and work load availability! STEADY SHIPMENTS (3-5 weeks) Submit your paperwork & RESERVE JOBS NOW!! Warehouse based in our local location (there will be some travel requirements).

Responsibilities

- Experience in several types of siding INCLUDING Composite/Vinyl siding + experience installing windows is a PLUS

- Experience in exerior doors

- Walk-in tubs and Showers- Communicate with project manager and clients.- Finish work orders in a timely manner/not leave jobs standing still

- The more products you can install, the busier we can keep you!

Qualifications

- Proof of liability insurance 

- State Contractor License

- 3 years of vinyl siding installation experience (Required)- Valid Driver’s license- Truck and tools- MUST be well equipped to transport materials

PROSConsistent flow of pre-sold workMaterial ordering, scheduling and coordination handled by usSupport and assistance in growing your company

CONS - Travel is REQUIRED
