What You Will Do *

• Manage and oversee subcontracting activities within the supply chain.
• Strong contracts, Statement of work and procurement knowledge.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and contractors to achieve favorable terms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and engineering contractors for resource requirements.
• Float RFQs and source suitable contractor profiles.
• Conduct background verification of candidates and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor and certify contractor working hours for accurate payment processing.
• Collaborate with finance teams to manage accruals and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure complete adherence to local statutory and compliance requirements.
• Track and evaluate supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage Purchase request and Purchase order processes and overall supply chain workflows.
• Conduct business review meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Perform spend analysis and headcount analysis to optimize resource allocation.
• Deliver clear communication and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive cost savings

What You Will Learn

Supply Chain Management: End to end processes, ensuring visibility across the chain, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Key takeaways included risk management, cost optimization, and leveraging technology for efficiency.
Subcontracting: will provide flexibility and access to specialized expertise. The discussion highlighted the need for clear contracts, performance monitoring, and alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; /MBA .
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and contract management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
