We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team and serve as a strategic leader for select programs. As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will:
- Lead Strategic Execution: Oversee all aspects of program supply chain strategy, including procurement, subcontracts management, and planning to ensure alignment between functional goals and program execution.
- Drive Program Success: Act as the single point of escalation for supply chain issue resolution, ensuring materials meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
- Manage Strategic Relationships: Collaborate with supplier leadership to manage key partnerships and ensure the delivery of all contracted requirements.
- Optimize Resources: Allocate supply chain resources effectively and develop programmatic strategies that address specific business requirements.
- Mitigate Risk: Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to anticipate potential risks and identify opportunities for the business.
- Mentor and Lead: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to subcontract project management, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as an engaged member of the program team, advising leadership on all aspects of supply chain execution and facilitating communication between functional teams.

Required Skills and Education
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal stakeholders and external supplier leadership.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence across functional boundaries.
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with company policies and applicable federal regulations.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in supply chain leadership.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience working within the defense industry or with government contracting requirements.
- Experience managing a portfolio of programs (program family) rather than a single project.
