Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
Perform welding tasks on various structural materials, including steel and aluminum, using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain a safe work environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing welding tasks.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance welding skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience as a welder, preferably in structural welding.
