Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder (D1.1 Certified – 3G & 4G) to join our dynamic team in Chandler, AZ. Responsibilities

Perform full-penetration (full-pen) welds in accordance with AWS D1.1 standards
Assist with bolt-up beam installation and alignment
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and structural plans
Ensure all welds meet required structural integrity and safety standards
Work at heights using scissor lifts (up to ~18 feet)
Perform mezzanine welding and installation work (~9 feet off the ground)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training preferred.
Current D1.1 certification with proficiency in 3G and 4G welding positions.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural welding.
Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
