Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks on various metal structures using MIG & Flux, welding techniques.

• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a structural welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, Flux, TIG, stick) and familiarity with welding equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid welding certification is preferred but not mandatory.

You should be proficient in:

• Tape Measure Reading
• Blueprint Reading
