Responsibilities

• Perform dual shield welding on structural steel components according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand welding requirements.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the facility.
• Document work completed and report any issues or discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Structural Dual Shield Welder or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions.

• Tape Measure Reading
• Blueprint Reading
