Overview

Up North Plastics,  a leader in manufacturing of plastic products, is seeking a Storeroom Clerk to join our team.  Up North Plastics produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags and construction films.  A successful candidate must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.  

***Starting Pay: $17.00***

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Two or more years of experience in an internal customer service or storeroom related role.
• Experience using warehouse management systems to track, verify, and re-stock inventory.
• The ability to work a 12 hour shift.
• Previous forklift experience a plus

Responsibilities

Storeroom Clerks at Up North Plastics are responsible for the issuing of parts, supplies, and other items to all departments within the company. This position will also be accountable for the maintenance of inventory levels and cycle counts within the tool crib. Clerks receive inventory into the storeroom system and stock the parts or supplies onto the racks using sit-down propane forklifts. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.Up North Plastics offers competitive compensation packages including Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, ESST, and 401(K).
