What You’ll Do (The Big Picture)

As the Store Manager, you are in charge of your lot. You will lead the charge in sales, operations, and team development.

  • Lead & Inspire: Hire, train, motivate, and coach a high-performing lot team.

  • Drive Revenue: Master the TrailersPlus sales process, generate local leads, and exceed sales targets.

  • Run the Business: Manage everything from inventory control and daily financial reconciliations to vendor relations and marketing.

  • Own the Lot: Ensure the facility, shop, and inventory look pristine, professional, and safe.

  • Get Hands-On: Operate forklifts, tractors, and power tools (we provide the certifications!).

What You Bring to the Table

You are a high-energy multitasker who thrives under pressure and knows how to close a deal.

  • Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) + 6 months to a year of related retail management or sales experience.

  • Leadership Swagger: Proven ability to coach, mentor, and diffuse difficult situations with ease.

  • Tech & Numbers Savvy: Comfortable with online computer systems, basic math (calculating commissions, percentages, and discounts), and managing paperwork.

  • Physical Grit: Ready to be on your feet, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and routinely lift 50–75 lbs.

  • Bonus Points: Spoken fluency in Spanish is a major plus!
