Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair production equipment issues.

• Changeovers: Perform equipment changeovers as required.

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Conduct maintenance to prevent breakdowns and predict equipment needs.

• cGMP Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to current Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work on production equipment.

• Standard Operating Procedures: Follow and adhere to SOPs for job tasks.

• Team Communication: Collaborate with production and maintenance teams.

• Clean Work Environment: Maintain a tidy and organized work area.

• Tool Maintenance: Secure, maintain, and ensure proper use of tools.

• Training: Participate in training as required for role development.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.

• Cross-Functional Support: Assist other technicians and engineering staff when needed.

• Process Improvement: Suggest modifications to preventive maintenance programs and SOPs.

• Change Control: Revise and implement changes to procedures and controls.

• Investigations & CAPAs: Conduct investigations, complete event reports, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).

• Work Orders: Generate and close out work orders for maintenance activities.

• Aseptic Filling Equipment: Clean, sterilize, and wrap aseptic filling equipment and components.

• Autoclave Operation: Operate autoclave for sterilization purposes.

• ISO 5 Cleanroom Work: Perform repairs and adjustments inside the ISO 5 cleanroom environment.

• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as needed by the team or department.
