Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various steel components, ensuring strong and durable joints.
• Fabricate metal structures and components according to project requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or fabrication preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a welding environment.
