As a Steel Processing Associate, you’ll play a key role in our steel coil manufacturing process, supporting machine operations, ensuring quality, and helping us deliver top-tier products to the automotive industry. What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production
• Load/unload materials and assist with packaging
• Perform quality checks using tools and fixtures
• Support machine operators and complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed
• A team player with a positive attitude

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7am–3pm (OT: 5am–3pm)
• 2nd Shift: 3pm–11pm (OT: 3pm–1am)
• 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am 
• Saturday OT scheduled in advance
