Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily business activities, drive efficiency, and ensure operational and safety excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance.

  • Manage and supervise operational staff, providing guidance and support.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and profitability.

  • Oversee project management processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Conduct profit-loss analysis and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

  • Manage procurement responsibilities.

  • Manage and oversee the Safety program.

Qualifications

  • Strategic planning capabilities to align operations with company objectives.

  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Ability to read blueprints and customer-provided drawings.

  • Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on driving results.

  • Experience in industrial fabrication with proficiency in production equipment.

  • Experience in business development and project management in a manufacturing environment.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum BS or BA degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Distribution, or proven work experience in related fields.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for leading all operations leadership of the division.

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including OSHA, DOT, and other corporate safety programs.
