We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily business activities, drive efficiency, and ensure operational and safety excellence.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance.
Manage and supervise operational staff, providing guidance and support.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to enhance operational effectiveness.
Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
Oversee project management processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Conduct profit-loss analysis and implement cost-saving measures.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Manage procurement responsibilities.
Manage and oversee the Safety program.

Ability to read blueprints and customer-provided drawings.

Experience in industrial fabrication with proficiency in production equipment.
