Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble stators according to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on stators to ensure functionality and quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with stators and related components.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or mechanical fields preferred.
• Proven experience as a Stator Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
