Stator Technician – Night Shift

Pay: $18–$20/hour

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with overtime available

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Stator Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating manual and CNC lathes in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work extended shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with manual and CNC lathe machines
• Perform machining and stator-related production tasks
• Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures
• Inspect materials and completed work for quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment during 12-hour shifts

Requirements:

• Experience with manual lathe operation required
• Knowledge of operating CNC lathe machines
• Understanding of manufacturing shop safety practices
• Ability to work overtime and night shifts
• Intermediate-level machining experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
