We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Stationary Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive upkeep of the boilers and chillers throughout the plant, as well as the troubleshooting and balancing of air compressors. This role entails being the first responder to any factory leaks, the installation and support of new equipment, and the ability to solder and braze effectively. Additionally, the candidate will serve as secondary support for production needs, necessitating strong electrical skills, including 3 phase 480-volt expertise, and proficiency in using refrigeration gauges and hold a universal refrigeration card. An Illinois license to operate boilers and certification to handle refrigerants are essential, along with the ability to thread and install water pipes. Familiarity with Trane systems and the maintenance of air handlers will be key, given the role's responsibility for providing overall infrastructure support.Shift: Pitman nights - 6 PM - 6:30 AMWhat are we looking for?EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in a technical field (e.g. science, chemistry, safety or related sciences) is preferred.
