Exciting news! We're looking for a Assembler to join our Standard Cabinet Department. If you're seeking a role with an awesome benefits package, a 4-day work week with some Friday overtime, and no mandatory weekend work, this could be for you!

Working Schedule: 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday with some Friday OT required.  

Assists the department with the assembly of cabinets for environmental  test chambers.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 


· Proficient in working at specific  cells within a model line.

· Cuts and installs insulation daily.

· Daily use of hand tools such as drills,  caulk guns, rivet/rivnut guns, screwdrivers and knives.

· Applies and cleans silicone daily.

· Attaches heater wire and thermal break  on chambers daily. 

· Sets up and uses TIG welder daily.

· Uses spot welder occasionally.

· Welds doors and exteriors.

· Reads and interprets blueprints.

· Hangs doors.

· Occasionally works on multiple chamber models.

· Installs ports, heaters, coils and motors.

· Keeps work area and  tools clean daily. 

· Regular physical  attendance is required daily. 

· Performs other routine duties as assigned.

Education

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.


Skills and Experience

· Ability to read a tape measure required. 

· TIG welding experience preferred.

· Basic computer skills preferred.
