We are seeking a skilled and motivated Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Ontario, CA, 91761. Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach forklifts to move, locate, and stack products in the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while operating equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating stand-up reach forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Valid forklift certification is preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to meet KPI (kep performance indicators)
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
