Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of goods.
• Conduct regular inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating stand-up forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
