We are seeking a motivated and skilled Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Delaware, OH. Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.

Hours: Mon. – Fri. 5:00 am 1:30 pm (overtime as needed)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Valid forklift operator certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
