Join a busy production team where you’ll play an important role in keeping materials moving and production running smoothly!APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting manufacturing company looking to add two Material Handlers to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure production cells have the materials and components needed to keep operations running efficiently. Keep reading for more details! What’s in it for you:- Afternoon Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

• Night Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Competitive hourly rate of $21.12/hour + 8% shift premium
• Total hourly rate with shift premium is approximately $22.81/hour
• Contract Opportunity
• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule

What your day will look like:- Ensure production cells have required raw materials, packaging, pallets, crates, gaskets, collars, and other assembly components

• Operate a stand-up industrial truck to safely move materials throughout the production environment
• Wrap, tag, and transfer completed production to the appropriate locations
• Record production completions and inventory transfers using DSI units
• Monitor raw material supplies and change materials on machines as needed
• Maintain pack out, component, packaging, and manufacturing areas in a clean and organized manner
• Assist with physical inventories and production priorities
• Complete required industrial truck inspections and documentation
• Follow all 5S guidelines, safety procedures, and company work rules

What we are looking for:- Previous material handling experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment

• Stand-up industrial truck experience is required
• Candidates should have experience supporting production operations; traditional warehouse-only experience may not be a strong fit
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, pulling, and climbing as required
