Overview

We are seeking an experienced Stamping Press Supervisor to join our team in Smyrna, TN.

Responsibilities

• Work in the stamping press department
• Work with transfer presses and progressive presses
• Supervise daily stamping operations and manage a team of skilled operators.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve any production issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to management.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Stamping press experience and leadership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a stamping or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of stamping processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
