RESPONSIBILITIES:
The person in this position will be a corporate representative responsible for supporting, developing and executing environmental programs at multiple manufacturing sites.
Position responsibilities include:
This position will be awarded as Staff Engineer or Senior Staff Engineer level depending on qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
Preferred
Extensive experience in a primary environmental support roll for a manufacturing or multi=site manufacturing operation.
Experience in primary and secondary wastewater treatment processes.
Experience across multiple environmental programs, including air permitting and waste characterization.
Experience building and executing environmental management systems.
Experience in developing and supporting the execution of complex capital projects.
Location: Austin, MN or Willmar, MN
– A full relocation package to the Austin/Rochester, MN or Willmar, MN area will be provided if eligible
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

The base pay range for this position $86,575 to $144,375 per year; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills set, level of experience, and specific office location.
