Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.

We sit at the intersection of memory innovation and next-generation customer systems. Our Customer Enablement team helps ensure the products we develop perform reliably in the environments our customers rely on every day. If you enjoy working across disciplines and making a direct impact on customer success, this is an exciting place to grow your career.

As a Partner Lab Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting qualification and validation activities from early product samples through customer deployment. You will serve as a trusted technical resource, helping align partners, implement validation plans, and resolve issues that could affect product readiness. Your ability to translate sophisticated technical information into clear, actionable guidance will be essential to product success and strong customer partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary onsite engineering contact for customer and partner validation and qualification activities
  • Support system bring-up, validation, and qualification efforts to ensure product performance meets customer requirements
  • Lead debug and root cause analysis activities, driving issue resolution across cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate specifications, test requirements, documentation, and sample readiness for internal and external partners
  • Communicate project status, technical updates, and risk assessments through reports, presentations, and partner reviews

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent DRAM product engineering, design, validation, or related semiconductor engineering fields
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working effectively across multi-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers, partners, and internal collaborators, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud, hyperscale, graphics, or other high-performance computing ecosystems
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, product validation, or qualification workflows
  • Experience developing validation documentation, tracking systems, or technical knowledge repositories
  • Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
  • Experience driving process improvements that reduce validation risk and improve customer readiness efforts
