WHAT WE’RE DOING The RMS 5G family of projects consists of Contracted Research and Development (CRAD) projects & Independent Research and Development (IRAD) projects all leveraging Lockheed Martin’s 5G.mil® technology. All of these projects are working together to develop deployable 5G solutions for US Military users. We are also growing our portfolio through various capture efforts and customer demos.
THE WORKIn this role, you will:
• Serve as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for a CRAD team that will consist of Lockheed Martin and several third party vendors
• Track schedule progress for the Lockheed team and track how vendor progress supports program goals and milestones
• Gather Earned Value metrics to assist program leadership in determining the health of the program’s schedule and budget
• Work on a team that is designing and improving data visualizations to increase visibility and usefulness of CAM work products
• Support proposal teams in building accurate Bases of Estimate (BOEs) based on program actuals
• Requires a government security clearance; applicant must be a US Citizen
WHO WE AREA cross-functional team consisting of software integrators, mechanical engineers, project engineers, and program leadership who are excited about the opportunities that 5G affords our customers and our business. We consistently look across customer efforts and portfolios to determine where 5G can solve the communications problems that our customers experience regularly.
WHO YOU AREA motivated and curious person who is interested in exploring how earned value metrics can be best visualized and utilized to support program progress. You enjoy collaboration and building professional relationships with your program team and have strong communication skills.
You have CAM experience on a medium to large program, ideally with scrum master experience as well. You have automation/scripting experience and are interested in utilizing data visualization software (currently Tableau) to better analyze and depict program financial and schedule data.

• This is a hybrid opportunity, with the expectation that there will be regular time on site for planning and interfacing with team members
A level 4 employee is typically senior-career and has 7 to 9+ years of professional experience.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
