Job Type: Full-Time, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, M-F (occasional Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $17.58/hour

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and energetic Production & Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this hands-on role, you will work alongside a great crew to keep our operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. From assisting machine operators to preparing customer orders for shipment, your work will directly impact our daily success.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Order Fulfillment: Assist in daily production labor, remove finished products from packaging areas, and complete customer orders accurately.
Palletizing & Stacking: Stack products onto pallets according to specific customer and order guidelines.
Machine & Equipment Support: Assist machine operators with changeovers and perform minor mechanical adjustments (such as adjusting saws).
Quality & Reporting: Perform routine quality checks on products and complete required daily paperwork/reports.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, keeping work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Team Contribution: Bring energy and a positive attitude to foster a supportive team environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40–50 lbs continuously and stand/walk for 8–10 hours per day.
Reliability: Excellent attendance record, strong work ethic, and proven dependability.
Attitude: A positive, team-first mindset with a strong willingness to learn new skills.
Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude (experience with machinery or saw adjustments is a plus).
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow order specifications, perform accurate quality checks, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication: Clear communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
