The Senior Administration Coordinator position will perform the following duties:
 

• Communicates with vendors and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.
• Provides clerical and administrative support, including the preparation of correspondence such as letter writing, transcribing, copying and distributing, filing, and processing mail, facsimiles and other correspondence.
• Interacts with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely and quality manner; ensure customers’ and vendors’ questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Functions as a contributing member of the department’s team and other teams, as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
3-5 years related experience
Accounting, accounting admin support, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Previous payroll experience
