Position Overview

The Senior Team Lead will act as the crew’s point of contact, driving daily operations, coaching team members, and maintaining high standards across all production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the production crew, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Serve as the primary resource and point of contact for team members during the shift
• Provide on-the-floor coaching, training, and mentoring to promote skill development and teamwork
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to meet production goal
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards consistently
• Communicate clearly with management regarding crew performance, production issues, and improvement opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement best practices
• Maintain accurate records related to attendance, production metrics, and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership or senior operator role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or GED required, additional technical or leadership training a plus
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet navigation.
